How do I top up my COIN balance?

Open the wallet button on the lobby and pick a pack. On the web, checkout is handled through FastSpring; in the Android app it goes through Google Play Billing. Your card / wallet of choice is supported, and the COIN lands the moment the payment is confirmed.

What is the free-pack trial?

New accounts on the free pack get 10 free spins to test the catalog. The counter is shared across every game you launch — once the 10 are used, you can switch to a paid pack to keep playing.

My balance looks wrong after a spin. What now?

The lobby syncs with the game provider every ~30 seconds. If the number lags, reopen the Profile modal — it pulls a fresh balance from the upstream wallet API. If the discrepancy persists for more than five minutes, contact us with your Player ID (visible in the Profile screen in dev builds).

Can I delete my account?

Yes. The Profile screen has a "Delete account" option that removes your records from our database immediately. We forward the deletion to the game provider — your slot history is anonymized and your wallet zeroed within 24 hours.

Do you offer responsible-gaming controls?

Deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion are available on request. Email hello@gamebuzz.online with your Player ID and we will action it within one business day.

I am an operator. How do I license your games?

Which browsers are supported?

The lobby is built and tested against the latest Chrome, Firefox, and Opera on desktop and mobile. Other Chromium browsers (Edge, Brave) work in most cases, but Edge's default Tracking Prevention can break Firebase sign-in popups -- if Sign In hangs or you see the modal close without anything happening, try Chrome / Firefox / Opera as a quick fix, or set Edge Tracking Prevention to "Basic" for this site. Safari works for browsing but Apple's strict-cookie policy can occasionally prevent the social sign-in popup from posting back; the redirect fallback usually recovers it.
