Effective May 28, 2026. These Terms describe the rules of using GameBuzz. Please read them once; by signing up you agree to be bound by them.
What this service is
GameBuzz is a play-for-fun social casino lobby operated by GameBuzz Ltd. We sell digital entertainment; we do not operate real-money gambling and we do not award cash, vouchers, or items convertible to cash.
Slot games run on virtual COIN only. There is no real-money jackpot, no fiat or cryptocurrency payout, no way to exchange COIN back to money, and no marketplace where COIN can be traded with other users.
You can earn COIN free by completing daily tasks, missions, and a once-per-day lucky-wheel spin. You can also purchase COIN packs through our payment partners (FastSpring for web; Google Play Billing in the Android app). COIN can be spent inside our games and to unlock additional games in the catalog. That is the entire utility loop.

1. Who we are and what we license
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and GameBuzz Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), registered in Malta at Level 14, Portomaso Business Tower, St. Julian's STJ 4011.
The lobby is the storefront and reward-loop layer; the slot games inside it are provided under licence by Revenge Games ("RG"), an independent third-party game studio. Your right to play those games is granted by RG to us, and re-licensed to you for personal, non-commercial, non-transferable use. We do not sub-licence to commercial operators through this lobby — operators should contact hello@gamebuzz.online separately.
Because we do not offer real-money gambling, this service does not require a gambling licence. We comply with the consumer-protection, digital-goods, and tax rules of the jurisdictions we operate in.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register and play. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn you are under 18 we will close the account and erase your personal data, refunding any open COIN-pack purchase.
You must not be a resident of, or be accessing the service from, a jurisdiction where the use of a social-casino product is unlawful. It is your responsibility to confirm legality in your location before using the service.
One account per person. Multiple accounts may be merged or closed at our discretion, with no refund of in-app purchases linked to the closed account.
3. Your account
You may sign in via a supported third-party identity provider (Google, Apple) or with email + password. We rely on Firebase Authentication to handle the underlying credentials; we never receive your provider password.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Activity on an account is presumed to be yours unless you notify us at hello@gamebuzz.online of suspected unauthorised access within 24 hours of discovery.
You may close your account at any time from the Profile screen. After closure we retain transactional records for up to 3 years to satisfy consumer-protection + accounting obligations; everything else is anonymised or deleted.
4. COIN, purchases, and refunds
COIN is a closed-loop virtual currency we issue. Each free signup grants 1 baseline COIN. Paid starter packs grant additional COIN once your payment clears via our payment provider (FastSpring on web; Google Play Billing in the Android app). Promotional COIN may also be awarded via daily missions and the lucky-wheel feature.
COIN has no real-money value, cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, traded, or transferred to another person. COIN balances do not earn interest and may expire if your account is closed.
Purchases are final once the payment provider confirms the transaction. If you believe a purchase was made in error you may request a refund within 14 days at hello@gamebuzz.online — we honour EU consumer-rights refund obligations for unconsumed digital goods. Once any portion of a COIN pack is spent inside a game, the entire pack is treated as consumed.
5. Acceptable use
Use the lobby for personal entertainment. Do not script, automate, or exploit the games or APIs. Do not reverse-engineer our software beyond what is permitted by mandatory law. Do not impersonate another player or attempt to obtain another user's credentials.
Cheating, bot-farming, or any attempt to manipulate the COIN balance, daily rewards, or unlock pricing will result in immediate account termination + forfeiture of any unspent COIN. We may seek civil damages for material economic harm.
Treat support staff and other players with respect. Harassment, hate speech, or threats against any party using the service are grounds for termination.
6. Service availability + content changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. Games may be added, removed, or temporarily disabled at any time. Unlock prices and reward amounts may change with reasonable notice on the Profile screen.
If we permanently discontinue the service, unspent purchased COIN from the preceding 30 days will be refunded pro-rata. Promotional / earned COIN is not refundable.
If you believe content on the service infringes your IP, please contact hello@gamebuzz.online with a detailed takedown notice.
8. Disclaimer + limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameBuzz Ltd., its affiliates, and its licensors disclaim all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event will our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service exceed the greater of (a) USD 100 or (b) the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — for example, liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or death/personal injury caused by our negligence in jurisdictions where that limitation is not allowed.
9. Governing law + disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. EU consumer-protection mandatory laws apply where they grant you more favourable rights than this section.
Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, they will be referred to the competent courts of Malta, except where mandatory consumer-protection law requires another forum.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when product, law, or our partner integrations change. Material changes will be announced in the lobby and on the email address on your account at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
